Surfin’ Blu is Quattro Portoni’s latest wonderful cheese creation. Using only the finest wheels of Blu di Bufala, these are aged for at least 60 days in Surfing Hop, a robust (8.5% ABV) Imperial IPA made by Birrificio Toccalmatto in Fidenza. Packed with citrusy American hops, the beer imparts a distinctive aroma that marries beautifully with the sweet, creamy paste. This is an incredibly unique blue cheese, and definitely one for beer lovers and cheese lovers to enjoy.
