To create this chocolate, they toast malted barley, and grind it with their cacao and organic milk powder. It holds the honor of being the reigning favorite in their bean-to-bar lineup among the residents of Asheville as well as international judges, bringing home in 2016 both a silver medal in the Americas category of the International Chocolate Awards and a finalist ribbon in Garden & Gun’s Made In The South Awards.
