Woodside Cheese Wrights have taken their divine buffalo milk feta and added a hint of truffle. Made with pasteurized buffalo milk sourced directly from the farm, Buffalo Persian Feta is set overnight to make this fresh cheese in a traditional lactic set, not unlike yogurt. Each jar is then filled with a blend of vegetable and olive oil infused with black truffle. The result is a super creamy Persian-style feta (softer and less salty than Greek Feta) with just the right amount of truffle so all of the flavors shine through. Enjoy this with a crusty baguette or add this to salads or bruschetta. Serve alongside grilled meats and veggies.

Her career as a cheese maker may have started as an accident, but she is now completely passionate about all things cheese, food, wine and the Cheese Making industry in Australia. Kris is supported by a dedicated team of cheesemakers that ensure all the cheeses produced at the factory at Woodside are of the highest quality and that they are all made using local cow, goat or buffalo milk.

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock can change at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
