Each of these high quality oils and vinegars is a stunning product by itself, but when combined they create true culinary magic. This assortment includes:
- Marques de Grinon Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil: From the Carlos Falco family farm in Spain, this ultra premium extra virgin olive oil has a gleaming golden hue with exceptionally vivid and intense aromas. The scent is reminiscent of green tomatoes, freshly mowed grass, artichoke and green almonds.Named “Duo,” this oil is a blend of two of Spain’s most famous olives. This extra virgin Olive oil is a blend of 90% Arbequina and 10% Picual. (500 ml)
- Badia Coltibuono Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Badia a Coltibuono means “Abbey of the Good Harvest”. It tastes of typical fruitiness and rich olive flavour with a typical peppery aftertaste. (500 ml)
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP – 3 Leaf: With a round, full bodied taste, we suggest drizzling 3 Leaf over roasted meats and fish seconds before serving, or brush it on as a marinade before grilling. It also adds flavor to warm sauces and gravies and inspires pasta sauces. (250 ml.)
- L’Estornell Garnacha Red Wine Vinegar: Produced in the southern region of Priorato in Catalonia, Spain, this vinegar is made exclusively of red grapes of the Garnacha (Grenache) variety. Aged in oak for more than 20 years, the vinegar is extracted annually from barrels in small quantities and preserved naturally without additives. The vinegar is rich and aromatic with just the right amount of acidity. A bold, yet smooth, almost port-like taste with hints of berries and wood is a reflection of the vinegar’s maturity. (250 ml.)
