Authentic Black Forest ham (schinken) is cured in the Black Forest region, using European pork hams, sea salt and seasoned with natural spices. Naturally smoked with fir tree wood. It is finally sliced and packaged in USA.

Wrap the slices around chicken breasts or filets of pork or beef for a savory roast. Roll it up in a cordon bleu with High Alps or swiss cheese. You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
