The Calogiuri family has been making olive oil in Lizzanello in the province of Lecce in the Apulia region of south-east Italy since 1825. Their infused extra virgin olive oils are cold pressed and infused with herbs or citron. These oils are so versatile in the kitchen and adds a spark of flavor to your dishes.
