Long known for their Roquefort (produced since 1906!), Fromageries Papillon began making Tomme de Brebis in 2017. They use the same Laucaune sheep’s milk, sourced from local Aveyron farmers, to create tthese wheels. Tomme de Brebis is pressed and matured for 7 months to develop its caramel-colored rind and smooth, compact ivory-colored paste that practically melts on your tongue. A fruity and buttery cheese with a mild lanolin flavor. This is a star on your cheese board served with cherries in any form, from fresh to preserves to alcohol laced Griottines. You can also enjoy this in a grilled cheese, quiche, soup or gratin.

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock can change at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
